Commercial Foam Products
Enviro-foam Queensland specialise in the manufacture of commercial products such as upholstery cushions, foam mattresses, custom cut shapes/sizes, foam sheets, buns and even car sponges.
Our range of foams range from 16kg/m3 to 50kg/m3 and includes flame retardant products tested to Australian Standards, slow recovery (or Visco-Elastic) foam and sponge foams. Our product can be supplied in sheet form or peeler and rolled on tubes or profiles cut to shape.
Enviro-Foam has a unique facility for manufacturing short runs of a wide range of flexible polyurethane foams.
Typically five or more different grades are run in any one day enabling us to give quick turn around of your order.
All foam is ENVIRO-FRESH treated.
A complete range of FIRE GUARD Commercial mattresses are available .These mattresses have been tested and approved to AS/NZ4088.1 – Cigarette Burns Test. Depending on quantities we can also build to your required specification.
Can be finished in fire retardant fabric or Mediflex, depending on the application and needs. Commercial conditions vary and we can cater for this, whatever the quantitiy. No job too big or too small.
